RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase? Simply return the item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment (credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account). If the item is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund.

We strongly suggest that you use Canada Post and ask for a tracking number. Communicate with us by email at email@example.com and tell us what you need. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can. For a refund, you will get your money back through the same payment method you used for purchase. Allow a 5 to 10 days in order for the refund to appear on you credit card/Paypal account.
Important: When a package is returned, the charge fees are the responsibility of the customer.
